Safety & evidence

Evidence before hype.

Research in this field is ongoing and evidence varies by compound. We'd rather be precise about what's known, what's uncertain, and what a doctor's assessment adds — than make claims we can't support.

Educational information, not medical advice

A treatment may not be appropriate depending on your health history, medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, laboratory findings or other clinical factors. Your healthcare professional will assess your individual circumstances. The information shown on this website cannot determine whether a treatment is suitable for you. Only an appropriate clinical assessment can do that.

Your safety comes first

At Renasci Health, medical treatment starts with the patient — not the product. Our approach is designed around clinical assessment, informed decision-making and appropriate medical oversight. Prescription treatments are not automatically supplied simply because a patient requests them. Your health information, history and goals are gathered directly by a doctor during your consultation, not through a separate online questionnaire.

Our clinical safety process. 1. Consultation — you discuss your health goals, medical history, treatment options, potential risks and alternatives directly with a registered healthcare professional.
2. Clinical decision — the healthcare professional determines whether treatment is appropriate: it may be prescribed, additional information or testing may be requested, an alternative treatment may be recommended, treatment may not be considered appropriate, or referral to another healthcare professional may be recommended.
3. Prescription and fulfilment — where treatment is prescribed, the process follows applicable requirements.
4. Follow-up — where appropriate, you may be asked to provide follow-up information or participate in monitoring.

When treatment may not be appropriate. A treatment may not be appropriate if you have certain medical conditions, risk factors, allergies, medication interactions or other circumstances that increase the potential risks. The healthcare professional may also need to consider pregnancy or breastfeeding, existing medical conditions, previous adverse reactions, current prescription medicines, other medicines or supplements, recent or planned surgery, relevant laboratory findings, previous treatment history, and age and other patient-specific factors. This list is not exhaustive — your healthcare professional will determine what information is relevant to your individual assessment.

Be completely honest. The safest clinical decision depends on accurate information. Please do not omit information because you believe it may prevent you from receiving treatment. Our clinicians are there to determine what is safest and most appropriate for you — not simply to approve a treatment request.

Medication interactions. Always tell your healthcare professional about every medicine and supplement you take — prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, sports supplements, herbal products, weight-management products, and other peptide or hormone-related treatments. Do not assume that a product is safe to combine with your prescribed treatment simply because it is available without a prescription.

Monitoring your treatment. Your healthcare professional may recommend monitoring during treatment — clinical follow-up, symptom monitoring, measurements, laboratory testing or other assessments, depending on the treatment and your individual circumstances. If you experience unexpected or concerning symptoms, contact your healthcare professional promptly.

Adverse reactions and safety concerns. If you believe you are experiencing a side effect or adverse reaction, contact your treating healthcare professional and follow the instructions provided with your treatment. Report significant or unexpected reactions promptly so they can be appropriately assessed. Healthcare professionals have obligations relating to identifying and reporting suspected adverse drug reactions and safety concerns.

Never share your treatment. Prescription treatments are intended for the individual for whom they were prescribed. Never give your medication or treatment to another person, even if they have similar symptoms or health goals.

Storage and handling. Follow the storage, handling and administration instructions supplied with your specific treatment. Do not use a product if the packaging appears damaged, the product appears different from what you were prescribed, the product has expired, you are unsure whether it has been stored correctly, or you have concerns about its identity, integrity or quality. Contact Renasci Health or the dispensing pharmacy before using a product if you have concerns.

Our commitment. Renasci Health is committed to providing a clinically responsible patient experience, based on: clinical assessment → informed decision-making → appropriate prescribing → safe fulfilment → follow-up. We believe access to healthcare should be convenient without compromising appropriate clinical oversight.
