Prescription treatment through Renasci Health is subject to clinical assessment. Submitting a questionnaire, requesting treatment or paying for a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

A healthcare professional may:
- Approve the requested treatment.
- Recommend a different treatment.
- Request additional information.
- Request laboratory investigations.
- Request an additional consultation.
- Recommend that you see another healthcare professional.
- Decline to prescribe.

Clinical decisions are made independently by the responsible healthcare professional. Renasci Health does not encourage patients to seek treatment that has not been determined to be clinically appropriate.
